Our club meetings have been held at the Sofitel Hangzhou Westlake since the club’s Charter in June 2016. Since that time, successive Hotel Managers and staff have supported our club’s activities in a professional and considerate manner, allowing the club to flourish to deliver more Service Projects
自2016年6月社团成立以来，我们的会议一直在索菲特西湖大酒店举行。从那时起，历任酒店经理和员工都以专业和周到的方式支持我们社团的活动，使社团蓬勃发展并提供更多的服务项目

We had an excellent meeting which was attended by all members, currently located in China, plus 3 visitors!
As we entered the B1 Boardroom we saw that President Alex had laid out on the table all the new club t-shirts which had been very generously donated to us by Wahaha International School. All members chose their preferred size
The meeting was then kicked off by President Alex who rang the bell at exactly 11:00, and then lead us through the Rotary Four-Way Test. Alex then reminded everyone to be respectful to one another; we don’t always have to agree with the person we are talking with, but we can respect their right to hold their own opinions
We then worked through a packed agenda with presentations from Secretary Cindy on Project Planning, Treasurer Tim & Ying on the completion of the UNHCR Maternal & Child Health project, a financial Board Decisions Report by Treasurer Tim and a brief walk-through of our digital presence by Tim, Alex and Maria
All-in-all, a very successful meeting followed, of course, by the excellent Sofitel buffet lunch
